Okay, in my defense, I have not abandoned the good fight. I have been spreading the word through Facebook and working on campaigns. However, it's time to pick up the torch again via my blog. Tomorrow is July 4th. Let's hope it's not our last in the land of the free and home of the brave. I wonder how the America hating Obamas will spend it. By the way, even my spell check knows Obama is wrong.
I want to wish everyone a Happy July Fourth and want you all to remember the heroes who make your freedom possible and the commies in DC who strive to take it away.

Change 'I' can believe in!

What’s that saying we keep hearing? “Change you can believe in”. Well, how is another lawyer presidential nominee and his lawyer vice presidential running mate, who has been a staple in Washington since 1973, change? Is the change that the presidential nominee has less relevant experience than any in modern times? Is the change that he is half black? Maybe the change is that he is a Marxist and a Communist.

Presidential candidate John McCain is not a lawyer. Sarah Palin, his Vice Presidential running mate, is not a lawyer. What a welcome change. Senator McCain has experience. He has life experience and experience in government. John McCain does not follow the status quo in Washington. John McCain IS change.

John McCain went as far from Washington politics as one can go and not leave the continental United States to find an experienced running mate not already tarnished by DC politics who showed the moxie to stand up to the status quo. Sarah Palin was not out for power or to be a politician. Sarah Palin joined the PTA, became mayor, chaired the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission and became Governor of Alaska in order to affect change. Sarah Palin is a REAL American who saw the corruption and set out to do something about it. She has that American spirit which makes us all inclined to ‘do it ourselves’.

Our government is not going to get any better unless more people like Sarah Palin come forth and do the work to change things. We need more people like Sarah Palin in higher offices to eradicate the vermin in Washington who have hijacked the powers of the states. They rob us of our money and spend it like it’s burning a hole in their pockets. They spend it on things they have no right to spend it on. They are thieves plain and simple. They are big government and they are out of control. People like John McCain and Sarah Palin are attempting to put the reigns on a gluttonous government out of control. Sarah sold the private jet of the governor and fired the kitchen staff. Now THAT’S change.

We need to clean house and stop sending lawyers and other career politicians to DC. We need grass roots leaders like Sarah Palin who will truly follow the constitution. Leaders like George Washington and Thomas Jefferson who were there to serve the people and nation, not themselves. Having Sarah in the White House is the first step but there is more that must be done. We need Sarah Palins from every state. Men, women, black, white, of all ages and religions who want to go and fix DC. REAL Americans who are there, not for the power or the glory but to fix the mess made by the career politicians and those out for the perks. Americans ready to go back to the constitution plain and simple. When more of us do what Sarah Palin has done we will have taken back America for ourselves and our children and it will be an America worth passing on to out children.

RIP-Journalism in America

I don't know about the rest of you but I took courses in journalism. We were taught to be unbiased. We were to report only facts, all the facts. A good journalist was supposed to thoroughly investigate all leads and give the people all the facts and let 'them' decide for themselves. Journalism in the United States is dead. We are now fed like baby birds. The press, the news is fed to us after being thoroughly masticated and then vomited to us as the liberal press sees fit.

Case in point: Has anyone heard a thorough explanation of the relationship between Obama and Bill Ayres the unrepentant terrorist and? How about Obama and Tony Rezko? Have we heard about the outcome of his failed policies in Illinois where he was working with low income housing, eventually helping to make his buddy Rezko rich and leaving behind no place to live for the people he was promising so much to? How often did he vote present rather than for or against? Has anyone really looked into whether he is actually a natural (not naturalized) citizen of the US? Has the press put out a clear, fact filled, outline of what experience Obama really has that makes him Presidential material? When the liberals misquote fact, do we ever hear them contradicted in the press or on the news?

Sarah Palin is the Governor of Alaska. She has more executive experience than Obama but to hear Obama and HIS press talk about her you'd never hear that she was anything more than the mayor of a 9000 citizen town. It is common practice for the US to elect governors to be presidents because of their executive experience, and NO Obama, a presidential campaign is not executive experience. Spending your whole US Senate term running for president doesn't do anything for your resume either. How about explaining how being a 'community organizer' gives you the skills you need to be president? What have you DONE that you can point to as an accomplishment? Sarah Palin can tell you a thing or two about change and she can show you what she did to affect it!!

Citizens of the United States, journalism is dead. If you want the facts, you will have to look for them yourself. Here is a start. Read the Constitution of the United States. Read the Communist Manifesto. Compare what Obama says to both. It's a real eye opener. Now, the next thing we need to do it to demand REAL journalism from our media. Most of us are smart enough that we do not need the biased media TELLING us how to think. Give us the facts and we'll be the judge.

OK, let me see if I get this right.
1.)It's the late 1970s and Russia decides to declare war on the US. They come to the US to fight the war. They take over southern California, Eastern Florida and Eastern Maine. During the time their troops, including female troops, are in the US some of the female troops give birth. Are the babies Americans?
2.)A legal immigrant comes to the US and is pursuing citizenship. He and his wife have a child before their citizenship is finalized but eventually do become citizens? Is this the correct use of the anchor baby law?
3.)A terrorist comes to the US with his family to train as a pilot to pilot a plane into the white house. While his family is here they have a baby, is that baby an American?
4.)An illegal alien comes over the Mexican border into San Diego with his pregnant wife. His wife gives birth while in San Diego. Is that baby an American?
5.) A diplomat from another country is stationed in the US. His wife gives birth in the US. Is that baby an American?
Now, you tell me, how broad does the anchor baby law reach? Was it meant to make all of these babies Americans? Did it not have a specific purpose? Is it now being abused?

My view is:
1.) Absolutely not. How absurd.
2.) As long as citizenship is eventually granted to that couple, the baby's citizenship should be recognized as American.
3.) Absolutely not. How absurd.
4.) Absolutely not. How absurd.
5.) Absolutely not. Most diplomats would never even consider this.

Tell me why the babies of people who's very presence in this country is a crime are being given citizen status in our country?

WHAT IF 20 MILLION ILLEGAL ALIENS VACATED AMERICA?

That's a good question and it deserves an answer. Over 80 percent of Americans demand secured borders and illegal migration stopped. But what would happen if all 20 million or more vacated America? The answers may surprise you!

In California, if 3.5 million illegal aliens moved back to Mexico, it would leave an extra $10.2 billion to spend on overloaded school systems, bankrupted hospitals and overrun prisons. It would leave highways cleaner, safer and less congested. Everyone could understand one another as English became the dominate language again.

In Colorado, 500,000 illegal migrants, plus their 300,000 kids and grand-kids would move back "home", mostly to Mexico. That would save Coloradans an estimated $2 billion (other experts say $7 BIL) annually in taxes that pay for schooling, medical, social-services and incarceration costs. It means 12,000 gang members would vanish out of Denver alone.

Colorado would save more than $20 million in prison costs and the terror that those 7,300 alien criminals set upon local citizens. Denver police Officer Don Young and hundreds of Colorado victims would not have suffered death, accidents, rapes and other crimes by illegals.

Denver Public Schools would not suffer a 67 percent drop out/flunk out rate via thousands of illegal alien students speaking 41 different languages. At least 200,000 vehicles would vanish from our gridlocked cities in Colorado. Denver's four percent unemployment rate would vanish as our working poor would gain jobs at a living wage.

In Florida, 1.5 million illegals would return the Sunshine State back to America, the rule of law and English.

In Chicago, Illinois, 2.1 million illegals would free up hospitals, schools, prisons and highways for a safer, cleaner and more crime-free experience.

If 20 million illegal aliens returned "home," the U.S. economy would return to the rule of law. Employers would hire legal American citizens at a living wage. Everyone would pay their fair share of taxes because they wouldn't be working off the books. That would result in an additional $401 billion in IRS income taxes collected annually, and an equal amount for local state and city coffers.

No more push '1' for Spanish or '2' for English. No more confusion in American schools that now must content with over 100 languages that degrade the educational system for American kids. Our overcrowded schools would lose more than two million illegal alien kids at a cost of billions in ESL and free breakfasts and lunches.

We would lose 500,000 illegal criminal alien inmates at a cost of more than $1.6 billion annually. That includes 15,000 MS-13 gang members who distribute $130 billion in drugs annually would vacate our country. In cities like L.A., 20,000 members of the "18th Street Gang" would vanish from our nation. No more Mexican forgery gangs for ID theft from Americans! No more foreign rapists and child molesters!

Losing more than 20 million people would clear up our crowded highways and gridlock. Cleaner air and less drinking and driving American deaths by illegal aliens!

Over $80 billion annually wouldn't return to their home countries by cash transfers. Illegal migrants earned half that money untaxed, which further drains America's economy which currently suffers an $8.7 trillion debt.

At least 400,000 anchor babies would not be born in our country, costing us $109 billion per year per cycle. At least 86 hospitals in California, Georgia and Florida would still be operating instead of being bankrupted out of existence because illegals pay nothing via the EMTOLA Act. Americans wouldn't suffer thousands of TB and hepatitis cases rampant in our country brought in by illegals unscreened at our borders.

Our cities would see 20 million less people driving, polluting and grid locking our cities. It would also put the "progressives" on the horns of a dilemma; illegal aliens and their families cause 11 percent of our greenhouse gases.

Over one million of Mexico’s poorest citizens now live inside and along our border from Brownsville, Texas to San Diego, California in what the New York Times called, colonias or new neighborhoods. Trouble is, those living areas resemble Bombay and Calcutta where grinding poverty, filth, diseases, drugs, crimes, no sanitation and worse. They live without sewage, clean water, streets, electricity, roads or any kind of sanitation. The New York Times reported them to be America’s new Third World inside our own country. Within 20 years, at their current growth rate, they expect 20 million residents of those colonias. By enforcing our laws, we could repatriate them back to Mexico.

We invite 20 million aliens to go home, fix their own countries and/or make a better life in Mexico. We invite a million people into our country legally more than all other countries combined annually. We cannot and must not allow anarchy at our borders, more anarchy within our borders and growing lawlessness at every level in our nation.

It’s time to stand up for our country, our culture, our civilization and our way of life.

Lesser of the Evils?

I'm having a lot of trouble getting fired up about this election. Where is the true conservative in this race? I loved Fred Thompson and Duncan Hunter but their campaigns were missing that fire and where were the true conservatives to rally around them? Why would any true conservative vote for Huckabee or McCain let alone Giuliani? Romney seems like the lesser of the evils. I just wish there was ONE TRUE conservative left in the race. Is true conservatism dead in the Republican party? If so, where does a true conservative go? Third parties just make it more likely that a Democrat will win and that is definitely the WORSE of the evils. Do we really have to settle for the lesser of the true evils instead of the representation we REALLY want?

I am a conservative FIRST and foremost so when John McCain wins a caucus I have to wonder where does a conservative go for representation? We used to go to the republicans. John McCain is no conservative. Huckabee is no conservative. Romney is conservative, mostly. Fred is definitely a conservative and our dearly departed Duncan Hunter was conservative. Who is voting in these caucuses? Certainly not conservatives.

WANTED: Conservative Republican candidate. Must be ready to lower taxes. Decrease the size of the federal government. Win the war by letting the troops do their jobs without PC standards. Kick out every illegal alien and fix the anchor baby law retroactive 20 years. Punish anyone who harbors an illegal or employs an illegal. Exonerate the border patrol agents from any wrong doing. Build the wall and fortify it with troops. Must be willing to stand up to presidents of other countries and put America first. They should want to turn the power back over to the states. Must believe that the people's money belongs to them and they are the best judge of where it should be used. Must know and uphold the constitution as it was meant to be. They will appoint judges that will not legislate from the bench. Must realize that the separation of church and state was to keep the government out of church NOT the church out of government. Must push to get the US out of the UN. Must not care what other countries think as long as we are still the great country we once were.

Is there any part of our life that illegal immigration does now touch and deteriorate? Those illegals and their seedy employers have to get social security numbers somewhere. When they run out of dead people to rip off they go after me and you. Identity theft will cost you in money, in time and, very possibly, your sanity.

Our government only seems to be slapping the hands of illegals and employers caught using bogus and stolen social security numbers. Like the minute men, we need to take matters into our own hands. Since we as citizens can't march into the human resources office of every suspected illegal alien employer, luckily there are products like Lifelock that will protect us from these vermin that infest every area of our lives.

It is up to us to be diligent in battling illegal immigration and it's effects on our lives. Obviously our government has forgotten what their purpose is. If any of the present presidential hopefuls were in touch with their constituents they'd be addressing this issue much more.

I recommend we all continue to write our representatives and leaders. Some of you may see this as paranoia but I think if you really mull it over you will see the danger before us. Anchor babies may be the end of the US as we know it. Our 'anchor baby' law was enacted for African slaves and the like who were forcibly brought to the US against their will. Their children were given citizenship upon their birth. This law was not meant to make any child brought into this world in the US citizenship and especially not to give automatic citizenship to the children of those who are ILLEGALLY here.
Many may wonder why this matters and why I find this dangerous. Follow the reasoning. Illegal aliens come into the US, most of them Mexican. Many Latino groups such as La Raza and Aztlan see the US as THEIRS and aim to take it back. These groups have 4-5X more children then native born and legal immigrant citizens. Eventually, the largest percentage of American voters will be children of illegal aliens with the right to vote. With the lions share of votes we could lose our country. They will legalize their families, bring in more of them, annex the US to Mexico, make Spanish the official language of the US (since our government won't vote to make English the official language) and, in essence, drag us down into a socialistic third world country like the one they are from. They will vote socialism in and we will lose our identity as the US we all know and love. There is great danger in allowing the offspring of illegal aliens to have US citizenship. We MUST put a stop to this before it is too late if it is not so already.
We must start seeing this for what it is. An invasion.

Anchor Babies!

OK, I need to address something and you can call me paranoid if you want but I've seen a La Raza video that points out the number of children illegals are having in our country and the number of children Americans are having and it got me thinking. We have this anchor baby law that was not meant for illegals, actually, none of our laws are meant for illegals except the ones stating they should be deported. If these invaders/criminals continue having children in our country and we do not change this law that was meant for slaves brought in against their will then eventually I can see quite a few ramifications that will destroy America. We will have more voters that feel they are Mexican American and not American. They will vote to bring their brethren in, to legalize their relatives maybe even to take back the southwestern US if not more. We will end up living in the third world country they left. THey make make Spanish the official language of the US. They will vote democrat because they like the welfare state. We have to stop legalizing children born to illegal allien parents before they destroy our world. THis has to happen now. We need to use existing laws to keep more of them from coming in illegally. We need to make English the official language of the US. We need to abolish no child left behind so that US children can have a better education and just as important if not more important we need to abolish any law that allows illegals to have babies in the US and gives citizenship to those babies. If both parents are illegals that baby is an illegal plain and simple. Do it now before it's too late.

I'm going to embark on some pretty 'radical' thoughts here just to get you thinking. Now that the Senate knows how we feel and the House has made it clear they will not go along with a bill similar to the senate bill concerning illegal immigration, what's next? Is it impossible for the Senate to come up with a bill that includes, at this time, only what is needed to enforce existing laws and secure our border? I mean, why does every bill have to include so many unrelated and/or not required stipulations? It IS against the law to illegally immigrate into the US. The government already has the right to protect our border and deport illegal aliens. As I see it there is no need for a bill to do what we need to do first and that is secure our border. If they feel they need a new bill RIGHT NOW how about making English the official language of the US. How about making it illegal to knowingly rent to an illegal or employ an illegal with harsh penalties attached. How about abolishing the anchor baby law which was only meant for those African-Americans brought here illegal as slaves and make it retroactive to the last amnesty signed by Reagan so that no child born to an illegal immigrant (without at least one legal US citizen parent) will have American citizenship unless that illegal immigrant parent or child has since become a legal citizen through legal means. Another stipulation that would help in our fight would be empowering the border patrol and military to use whatever means necessary and not allowing illegal aliens to sue our authorities. Lets make it a requirement to report all possible illegal aliens to the proper authorities by schools, employers, hospitals and government entities. Increase the penalties for anyone found with false identification or found making such. Develop a new way of correctly identifying citizens and, therefore, non-citizens. Abolish 'no child left behind'. Ensure that no assistance is given to any illegal alien or his/her children besides emergency medical care including, WIC, schooling, welfare or non-emergent medical care. Last but not least let's take control of our Senate. They are overstepping their bounds in many realms. The individual states have had power robbed of them by a Senate out of control.

In closing, a new threat to our freedoms by our Senate is looming. Stop the Senate in their push to re-institute the fairness doctrine and take away our freedom of speech. Every day conservative Americans are up against a predominately liberal media whether it be in print or television but you don't hear the Senators screaming for the fairness doctrine. The radio is our means of having not only a voice but WE can actually call and challenge these hosts ensuring we are not getting a one sided media. The fact that liberals don't like what they say does not make this wrong. Conservative talk show hosts are happy to have liberal callers and guest. The fact that the few liberals who have tried this genre have failed is not a matter of fairness but of talent and demand. Citizens can watch TV and get liberal bias, they don't need to turn to radio nor do they seem to wish to. Conservative radio is intelligent discussion where most liberals are happy with unchallenged rhetoric. The fairness doctrine is very one sided because you won't see them using it on liberal newscasts etc. This is merely a freedom of speech issue whereas the liberals want to shut up those with a differing opinion.

Returning from Oklahoma yesterday evening I was listening to Mike Church as he discussed the amnesty bill and he came upon a brilliant idea that I think he and all red blooded Americans should rally behind. We need to have "A Day Without A Tax Payer." You see, it seems our government forgets who they are indebted to, who they are to protect and that 'of the people, by the people and for the people' refers to citizens, legal US citizens. A day without an illegal immigrant would be a victory but can you imagine a day without a tax payer? I think it is a great idea and I hope it catches on. Lets see how well they do when our taxes aren't there to support all of the criminal illegal aliens and their broods. I LIKE IT. What do you think?

"As you listen to the news about the student protests over illegal Immigration, there are some things that you should be aware of:
I am in charge of the English-as-a-second-language department at a large southern California high school which is designated a Title
1 school, meaning that its students average lower socioeconomic and income levels. Most of the schools you are hearing about, South Gate High, Bell Gardens, Huntington Park, etc., where these students are protesting, are also Title 1 schools.
Title 1 schools are on the free breakfast and free lunch program. When I say free breakfast, I'm not talking a glass of milk and roll -- but a full breakfast and cereal bar with fruits and juices that would make a Marriott proud. The waste of this food is monumental, with trays and trays of it being dumped in the trash uneaten. (OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK)
I estimate that well over 50% of these students are obese or at least moderately overweight. About 75% or more DO have cell phones. The school also provides day care centers for the unwed teenage pregnant girls (some as young as 13) so they can attend class without the inconvenience of having to arrange for babysitters or having family watch their kids. (OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK)
I was ordered to spend $700,000 on my department or risk losing funding for the upcoming year even though there was little need for anything; my budget was already substantial.. I ended up buying new computers for the computer learning center, half of which, one month later, have been carved with graffiti by the appreciative students who obviously feel humbled and grateful to have a free education in America. (OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK)
I have had to intervene several times for young and substitute teachers whose classes consist of many illegal immigrant students here in the country less then 3 months who raised so much hell with the female teachers, calling them "Putas" whores and throwing things that the teachers were in tears.
Free medical, free education, free food, day care etc., etc, etc. Is it any wonder they feel entitled to not only be in this country but to demand rights, privileges and entitlements?
To those who want to point out how much these illegal immigrants contribute to our society because they LIKE their gardener and housekeeper and they like to pay less for tomatoes: spend some time in the real world of illegal immigration and see the TRUE costs.
Higher insurance, medical facilities closing, higher medical costs, more crime, lower standards of education in our schools, overcrowding, new diseases etc., etc, etc. For me, I'll pay more for tomatoes.
We need to wake up. The guest worker program will be a disaster because we won't have the guts to enforce it. Does anyone in their right mind really think they will voluntarily leave and return?
There are many hardworking Hispanic/American citizens that contribute to our country and many that I consider my true friends. We should encourage and accept those Hispanics who have done it the right and legal way.
It does, however, have everything to do with culture: A third- world culture that does not value education, that accepts children getting pregnant and dropping out of school by 15 and that refuses to assimilate, and an American culture that has become so weak and worried about "politically correctness" that we don't have the will to do anything about it.

Business doesn't want to pay a decent wage.
Consumers don't want expensive produce.
Government will tell you Americans don't want the jobs.
But the bottom line is cheap labor. The phrase "cheap labor" is a myth, a farce, and a lie. there is no such thing as "cheap labor."

Take, for example, an illegal alien with a wife and five children. He takes a job for $5.00 or $6.00/hour. At that wage, with six dependents, he pays no income tax, yet at the end of the year, if he files an Income Tax Return, he gets an "earned income credit" of up to $3,200 free.

He qualifies for Section 8 housing and subsidized rent.
He qualifies for food stamps.
He qualifies for free (no deductible, no co-pay) health care.
His children get free breakfasts and lunches at school.
He requires bilingual teachers and books.
He qualifies for relief from high energy bills.
If they are or become, aged, blind or disabled, they qualify for SSI.
Once qualified for SSI they can qualify for Medicare. All of this is at
(our) taxpayer's expense.
He doesn't worry about car insurance, life insurance, or homeowners insurance.
Taxpayers provide Spanish language signs, bulletins and printed material.
He and his family receive the equivalent of $20.00 to $30.00/hour in benefits.
Working Americans are lucky to have $5.00 or $6.00/hour left after paying their bills and his.

The American taxpayers also pay for increased crime, graffiti and trash clean-up.

Cheap labor? YEAH RIGHT! Wake up people.

American Children Pay The Price

I don't know about the rest of you but Illegal Immigration makes me mad and not just because it costs and inconveniences ME but because of the cost to my CHILDREN. There are towns in this area that you feel like an alien in your own country and the cost to the American children is the worst in these areas.
Many people don't think of the fact that our tax dollars that go to fund our schools aren't making it to OUR children.
We are still the same people paying the same taxes while illegal immigrants pay none. SO, where your child might have recieved 1/300 of the school budget allocated to students, NOW they receive 1/600 or worse.
When you think of the cost of bi-lingual education do any of you think of the different costs?
Time: The amount of time a teacher takes to teach in two differnt languages meaning the time they are actually being taught is now being cut in half.
The cost of bilingual teachers (you do have to pay more for this talent you know).
The cost of more teachers (more kids need more teachers).
The fact that almost every program available, the illegal alien children are in, food programs, after school programs etc.
The increase in the need for security personnel because whether it is PC or not to point this out, schools with an increased number of children from illegal families have an increase in discipline problems.
In addition to the loss of education dollars for our children there are other costs.
Lower pay for many of the parents due to the presence of illegals willing to work for less.
The strain on our law enforcement resources.
The cost of medical care that increases as we give free medical care to these criminals.
Need I even mention the fact that our fuel prices are skyrocketing due to high demand that could be lessened significantly if we weren't overburdened by millions of people who are here illegally. I don't know if it's a stereotype or just a keen observation but most of the illegals in my area drive $50,000 SUVs with $7000 worth of modifications and get about 15 miles to the gallon.
There are other expenses such as government expenses pertaining to paperwork, signs just about everything having to be printed in multiple languages (which is why I support making English the official language of the US).
Illegal aliens collect welfare and WIC because they do not claim their incomes which leaves fewer resources for low income American children whose paretns and grandparents fought for this country and paid their taxes dutifully to support these programs. What does it teach our children when those that break our laws benefit from it?
Don't forget the fact that our children are losing their culture. As more and more illegal immigrants enter our country and the ratio of illegal immigrants to Americans rises it is more difficult for us to assimilate the influx and thus we lose our culture.
As parents we have to start considering the detriment to our children our government is allowing by not enforcing our laws and our borders.
As parents we have to start recognizing the cost to our children and fighting for THEIR rights.

Am I the only one who feels like supporting any of the republican presidential candidates is just settling for the least liberal of the bunch? I really don't believe that this should be the case. Is there not one true conservative Republican available and ready to run for the highest office in the land? We have a few good men but none of them that really stand for what I, a true conservative republican, believe. I am looking for one candidate who is pro-life, small government, pro democracy, pro troops, anti illegal alien and is willing to stand up for those beliefs come hell or high water. I am looking for a tried and true conservative and I don't see one. A Reagan republican, strong, forthright, honest and without fear. I want a president who will stand up to liberals and who isn't afraid to reveal them for what they are. I want a president who would take the media out of the war so we can win it without a bunch of Benedict Arnolds giving away our strategy. I want a president who knows we have immigration laws and until our government does it's sworn duty and protects us from illegal intruders we don't need another law. We need a president who understands that those that paid $35000, learned English, and our history and waited years deserve to be Americans while those that don't respect our laws and who's first act in our country was to break our laws are not fit to be here. Is there no one candidate who is truly a Republican running for the Republican nominations? If so, where do I sign up. If not, do we have to settle for a mediocre shadow of a conservative candidate?

Standing in line in th grocery store behind an illegal alien and her disorderly children as the cashier fills out their WIC and Food stamps. As you leave you see her entering her $50,000 SUV that gets about 15 mpg (imagine if they all went home what that would do for fuel consumption/prices) with $7000 worth of wheels and $3000 worth of modifications.

Her hubby works under the table paying no taxes.
She can apply for help because she doesn't claim her husband's earnings.
She can apply for help because all you have to to is give birth on US soil and your child is automatically an American. (One parent should have to be an American by birth or by law before a child can be an American. Now if one parent BECOMES an American before the child reaches 18 I see no problem with the child getting automatic status but 1 illegal plus 1 illegal does not produce a legal.)
Her children attend US schools at the expense of US citizens.
Her children cost our schools more than the average US child because of language barriers and the fact that they are usually on all of the 'programs'.
Schools with a high percentage of children belonging to illegal immigrants have more behavior problems, many times requiring intervention by law enforcement.
In many towns more than 60% of law enforcement manpower is used for problems dealing with illegal immigrants.
US hospitals (especially small ones) must treat these criminals (illegal is illegal sorry) and this causes financial hardship for them which they pass on to US citizens.

I'm watching the news and getting more frustrated by the minute. What is with these immigrant protests? When did we stop differentiating between legal and illegal immigrants? What are legal immigrants doing taking the day off from school and work to support those who illegally came into our country? Why is anyone supporting someone who illegally came into our country AND are illegal immigrants really immigrants? Let's get this clear, America is a nation of immigrants and there is no threat to legal immigrants. There is no prejudice against immigrants. Therefore, there is no need for an immigrant to protest. The issue, illegal invaders, criminal aliens, not immigrants. So why are we having protests for immigrant rights. The people who's rights these people fear are being taken are not immigrants, they are invaders. Immigrants come legally, invaders make their first act on US soil a crime, their very presence. So, anyone who protests for the rights of these people missing work and school should lose their job and be suspended from school. They are supporting criminals, law breakers, alien invaders. So let's make this very clear. Immigrants are welcome in our country, therefore these protests are not for immigrant rights but for the rights of criminals and therefore these protests are not justified nor are they acceptable. Ok I have to apologize for my lack of posts BUT my time was tied up elsewhere calling, faxing and writing my senators and representatives TRYING to make them understand that they are out of touch with their constituents if they think because a bunch of illegals is louder, they should get their attention. If Senator Brownback and Senator Kennedy have anything to say about it, you and I, the American worker, will no longer be a commondity. Senator Brownback and his fellow Senate Judiciary Committee members have just sent up a proposal for Amnesty. Call it what they want it is a reward for illegal behavior. A reward for costing the American tax payer billions. A reward for driving the wages of your average everyday Joe down into the nether regions. What most people don't understand is that the American worker is a commodity and if we are in demand and needed we are worth something (a living wage). If illegals (falsely pc referred to as undocumented workers) are brought in to fill jobs (that Americans WILL do for a fair wage) then we are no longer a marketable commodity. Case in point, nurses in Kansas make peanuts in comparisson to nurses in other states and the hospitals and nursing homes are screaming nursing shortage. Increase the nursing pay to a fair wage for someone who has the education of a nurse and you will no longer have a nursing shortage BUT Senator Brownback of Kansas would rather bring in foreign workers then let the market do it's job and increase the pay to a fair wage for a nurse. Senator Brownback adds this little piece of legislation to a bill that harms all of us and in fact contributes to the low pay for nurses that is causing a nursing shortage. The fact that we are paying for the medical care of millions of illegal scum sucking aliens puts our medical establishments in financial jeopardy and they are unable to pay nurses a fair wage. The bill that Senator Brownback attached his little bit of legislation to and proceeded to vote for actually rewards these criminals AND hurts the nurse further. If we allow the system to work, the supply and demand of workers to balance out, we will all win.
I am not against all foreign help, don't get me wrong. I do not agree with President Bush that most of the jobs taken by these illegals are jobs Americans won't do. I believe many of the jobs are jobs that Americans won't do without being compensated fairly.
When I contacted Senator Brownback's office I got the "what about agriculture jobs' business. Seasonal agriculture jobs are one of those jobs that you will have to import labor for because they are temporary and most workers in the US need full time year round jobs. There are programs for importing this help and these programs work. Instead of trying to replace these programs with illegal aliens they need to make the system easier to use and less cumbersome for the employer NOT allow less than honest employers to use illegal labor at the expense of the US tax payer.
My husband has used the H2A visa system for about 8 years and it is expensive and cumbersome but it is legal. Change this system. make it easier and less expensive DON'T reward lawbreakers. Mr Brownback you should be ashamed for selling out your constituents!! If it talks like a liberal and it votes like a liberal...................................

As a reluctant citizen of Kansas (I still consider myself a Washingtonian at heart) and a conservative Republican I am outraged with my Senator. Senator Brownback is a member of the judiciary committee. As we speak the judiciary committee is trying to reward criminals for ignoring our sovereignty. I don't know about all of you but I teach my children that you gain nothing by cheating or stealing but I will now have to tell them that if you are a Mexican, that doesn't count, at least not, here in the good old USA. You see there are two different kinds of just about every race. You can't pigeonhole people by their race because there is bad and good in all of them. With Mexicans there are the ones who come here legally, learn the language and really want to be Americans and then there are the law breaking scum who illegally cross our borders, lower our wages, milk our education funding, drain our medical system and sneer at our culture and THESE are the scum sucking vermin that Brownback and Kennedy want to reward. This reward will cost you and me dearly!!! Why is it that our constitution that swears that our government will protect us from invaders is last on our Senator's list? This is like those judges that legislate from the bench rather than supporting the constitution. Why is it that the welfare of a bunch of criminal non citizens is more important to our government then US citizens? These people bring diseases into our midst because they have no immunization for diseases that the US has not had to face in quite a while. They are a danger to every aspect of our lives. The fact is that there are legal ways of coming into our country and the kind of people who do that are welcome to do so (of course we must be selective) but the kind of people who ignore our laws and invade our country are not wanted by the American people (maybe by unscrupulous employers). People take a stand, call your senators, call mine, but somehow let them know that we do not want Amnesty for these leeches. We're tired of paying for the ones behind bars and having to let rapists loose due to overcrowding, they are President Fox's problem not ours. Who would an America hating teacher hire to defend him, why the ACLU and not just any lawyer from the ACLU but the same lawyer who defended Ward Churchill, David Lane. Al though Mr Bennish has every right to speak his mind, he does not have the right to teach this rhetoric to a captive audience of public school kids who's parents sent them to school to learn not to be brainwashed.

The Mike Church show tonight has Sean on his show and I was very impressed by this young man and the other caller, a 2001 grad, who stated that he too had been a victim of this man's rants. So I ask you, who's civil rights have been robbed? The teacher or the kids who were force fed his anti american poison?

JUST EXERCISING MY FREEDOM OF SPEECH

In the Daily Times I recently read an article about former president Clinton speaking in Islamabad about the recent upheaval over the Danish cartoons. President Clinton condemned the publication of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) caricatures by European newspapers and urged countries concerned to convict the publishers. (Daily Times article) Obviously, freedom of speech is not as important as he might have previously claimed. I wonder, how would he have reacted if the cartoon had been of Jesus rather than Muhammad. I think we all know. I say, support the Danish.
In this world the liberals will protect your right to burn our flag. They will support your right to blasphemy God, sometimes calling it art and financing it. They will support your right to proliferate pornography. BUT, make a joke involving the 'peaceful' Muslims and you've crossed the line. IT seems in this day and age people get offended very easily and think that their right to not be offended supersedes the right to free speech. Sure, it might have been insensitive but, in all fairness, many of the cartoons were only satirizing many sad truths. Personally, the one of Muhammad with the bomb on his head, I found all too telling. All these suicide bombers doing it in the name of Muhammad, I mean come on people it's not like there wasn't a thread of truth in the satire. There have been cartoons making fun of Christians and, as a Christian, I can see the humor in some of them. Just because someone doesn't agree with your beliefs does not make them void of the freedom of speech. So, it's time for these 'peace loving' Muslims to settle down and GET OVER IT. Seems people get offended pretty easy these days and cry foul rather than realizing that in a society where the freedom of speech is valued, you may need to learn to deal with the occasional offense and learn not to take it personally or you will spend your life being incensed and offended. Sometimes we have to take responsibility for our own reactions instead of infringing on the rights of others. I have never seen the right to live without being offended in the Constitution.

The picture shows that this soldier has been thru Survival School and learned his lessons well. He's giving the sign of "coercion" with his left hand. These hand signs are taught in survival school to be used by POW's as a method of posing messages back to our intelligence services who may view the photo or video. This guy was obviously being coerced into shaking hands with Hillary Clinton. How many of you are sick of the whining of the DC press corps? You would think they were a branch of government that was let out of the loop. They are merely reporters and need to get over themselves, much like actors these days.
So, here is the whole story: The vice-president goes on a private hunting trip with no press or other official entourage except his physician's assistant, secret service, etc. He has a beer at lunch hours before he is hunting and accidentally sprays bird shot in the direction of a friend who did not announce himself. He then immediately turns his attention to the health of his friend getting him medical help, ambulance, etc. The woman with him was once a wildlife bigwig and is a local as well as an eyewitness. She is well credentialed to get the information out accurately. She makes sure, with the blessing of Mr. Cheney, that the local press gets the story which eventually makes it to the mainstream press. These press corps types think they are 'entitled' to the story first. They are nothing but 'the press' and have shown themselves to be biased against the current administration at every turn and, given this information before it was accurately reported in Corpus Christi, they would have put twists on it to make the administration look bad, THAT IS WHAT THEY DO. Then when Mr. Cheney goes to Fox News (referred to by a member of the leftist press as the 'F word network') because he feels comfortable with their handling of information, they are up in arms again that he didn't go to a less friendly less reliable source like CBS, ABC or NBC. You see, these sources obviously never studied journalism or the idea of 'unbiased' journalism might once in a while creep into their news shows. Would Clinton have gone to Fox? Why, when the others are his go to guys for twisting the news the way he wants it? ABC, NBC and CBS are the best friends the DNC has, free advertising and innuendo. Hey press corps, Mr Cheney is not stupid. He wanted the true facts to get out (just the facts man) not a bunch of rhetoric and inference. He answered all the questions with eloquence and Mr Hume asked all the questions needing to be asked. By the way, how's that story on Kennedy's handling of his little accident coming along? It took him how long to report it? It took him how long to check on the welfare of his mistress/staff member? How would you handle that? How would FOX handle that? Hmmmmm, unbiased journalism, what a novel idea. Now isn't there more important things to report on? Maybe Iran? OF course that would depend on your aim. Is your goal to report the news or twist the news to take down the current administration?
Personally, I think every newscast by the 'big three' should have a disclaimer, 'brought to you in cooperation with the DNC' in the corner of the screen, now THAT is truth in journalism.

The Anti-American Communistic Lawyers Union has some very confusing points of view that can mean only one thing. We are too stupid for our freedom.
Did you know that by making late term abortion illegal we 'force' women to endanger their lives with back-alley abortions? The fact that we deem birthing a baby until it's head almost leaves the birth canal and jamming a pair of scissors into the base of it's brain and scrambling and sucking it's brains out, murder makes us insensitive to the plight of a woman who waited until their 8th or ninth month to kill her baby. The ACLU wants to argue that our keeping her from killing this baby at this point is a violation of HER civil rights? Their favorite argument is that we are keeping a woman who could die from saving her own life, so I guess letting the baby come all of the way out of the birth canal without killing it would kill the mother?
Likewise, protecting our borders "causes' illegal immigrants to die in the desert. I'd say the stupidity of law breaking invaders causes them to perish in the desert. According to the ACLU we are 'forcing' these people to risk their lives and die. There is this system that allows you to 'legally' enter the US and if done this way you most likely will not die in the desert.
The fact that the entry of these criminals into our country illegally harms the civil rights of Americans is not of any consequence to the ACLU. They are the most un-American of groups and yet carry the name American in their monaker and receive our money to support their attempt to destroy our way of life, to take away our civil rights while defending the civil rights of deviants, criminals and the morally retarded at every turn. They attempt to take away the civil rights of every decent America loving, Christian in the US in order to defend the supposed civil rights of deviants.
They find the sight of a manger scene at Christmas morally reprehensible and yet defend those who would sodomize our sons. They think every child should have the right to view pornography in the public library but not the right to pray before their meal at school. Civil rights is not their concern, their concern is the complete eradication of our Christian history and all manner of decency.

Ok, I'm gonna say it. The most racist people in the US are Democrats, namely Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. If we are all equal and all Americans then why do these two boobs spend all of their time pointing out the differences? Why do they spend all of their time reminding Americans with black skin that in the past they weren't equal. Can you imagine White History Month being accepted? Why do we need Black History Month? Shouldn't it be American History Month and include great people of history regardless of their color? Democrats and, unfortunately, democrats of color will not allow for true equality because they insist on constantly separating the races. When people such as Harry Belefonte and AlGore go over seas and trash the US I personally think that they should be exiled. Their comments are damaging to our country. It seems that over the years the pride that Americans had in their country has disappeared. There was a time that if you disagreed with the current administration you didn't go around tearing them and your country down especially not in other countries. You still had respect and pride in your country. I admit that when Clinton was president I was embarrassed but I still respected my country too much to take her down with him.
If the democrats had anything to offer they'd be making speeches about their ideas and how they want to change things but instead they run around like Jr High little girls tearing down others to try to make themselves look better knowing they have nothing any better to offer. I think they know that the American people in general don't want what they are offering so in a last ditch desperate attempt they are using school girl tactics to try to make the other guy look bad so they might be seen as the lesser of the two evils. Unfortunately, in the process, they are dragging down the US with them. They are giving ammunition to hour enemies. They are traitors and at the least should not be able to be part of our government. There was a time when senators, ex vice-presidents etc. were held to a higher standard of public behavior. I believe there was a time that they would no longer have a position in our government if they demeaned our country overseas in this way.
After Pearl Harbor, when we were forced to war, had our media and our government officials acted as they do now, we would be speaking German now if we were speaking at all. Personally, I think we should put these anti American Democrats in a room and pipe in nothing but "Have You Forgotten", "Courtesy of the Red White and Blue" and "American Soldier" until they wise up. We might also try bombarding them with the words of our forefathers and the constitution until they get the picture. We'll call it indoctrination into the American way.

I want you all to know that I understand the need for foreign workers. My husband and I have a custom harvesting company and we require seasonal workers willing to travel most of 7 months of the year. There are no medical benefits, not even for us. We've had trouble finding workers in the US willing to work a seasonal job with no benefits and when we did find them they would quit part of the way through the harvest. About 8 years ago we started using the H2A Visa system to aquire foreign workers from places such as New Zealand, Australia and even Denmark this last year. We found hard workers, many educated or at least trained, they were dependable and it was all done legally. The drawbacks to this program include the expense of the Visas, the requirement by immigration that we pay higher wages than we usually do (another reason why we still would rather hire americans) the need to house and feed all of our workers and just the hassle of the program. We are a small family owned company and we are forced to pay more for our foreign workers. Yet many big companies with much more money and power hire illegal immigrants for pennies on the dollar. It angers me that we are barely scraping by because we do things legally while the big guys get a bargain for them and a burden for the tax payer. The H2A visa program is limited to a small number while millions off 'undocumented workers' come over our borders to work for these less than honest employers. Many people would believe that there isn't much of a difference in the different foreign workers and their roll but I will point out to you that the differences are astonishing and costly.

When our H2A visa workers come to the US they must have appropriate immunizations. These 'undocumented workers' (Oh Come On they are invaders, criminals, leeches) come bringing TB and many other risks to our health due to their lack of immunizations. Our workers must purchase an insurance policy so as not to burden our healthcare system. Every year we pay for the heathcare, births etc. of millions of leeches nicely referred to as undocumented workers! WHen our workers are done with their job, we sign a form stating when they were released and they are booked on flights back to their individual homes and they GO THERE!!! Many Mexican workers with or without a green card fade into our society and live off of our welfare system, benefit from our healthcare system, fill our jails and get educations compliments of the citizens of the US.

Custom harvesters are actually dealt a double wammy when it comes to immigration though. Custom Harvesters from the United States are going out of business every year and at a highly alarming rate because the US allows Candian harvesters to come into the US and take our jobs. That's right, they can come in, offer lower prices since they don't pay our taxes and put Americans out of business and the government does nothing about it.

When we hire foreign workers we must first prove we cannot find an American to take the job yet Canadian harvesters can be hired even if there are American harvesters to do the job, even if it puts American harvesters out of business.

When harvesters go out of business who's going to pick up their tax burden for our Mexican Welfare System?

It seems that every time I go to Wal-Mart I leave with an utter distaste for our immigration system. When I am in Wal-Mart 50-75% of the people I see are hispanic and I have to wonder how many of those are illegally in our country. Illegal or not, if they come into our country, they need to assimilate. Why do merchants such as Wal-Mart insist on enabling these people to thumb their noses at our culture? WHY do they insist on enabling them to continue to speak exclusively spanish? I speaking, of course, of the self check out terminals that want to know if I want to check out in English or Spanish and the signs throughout the store in both languages and, of course, the employess who can't speak English. If they want to spend the money spend it on English lessons for the legals and one way trips for the illegals.

Recently I was listening to talk radio and a caller made an interesting statement, he stated that these hispanics (most of them Mexican) are 'colonizing' our country. WOW what a revelation. I don't think that merchants such as Wal-Mart understand the harm they are doing to our country in the name of the all mighty dollar. If these people insist on being here then they need to learn English to function, WE do not need to make it easy for them to stay ignorant of our language. There was a time that anyone who wanted to immigrate to the US and any that wanted to become citizens had to learn our history, our culture, and yes, our language. These days Americans pay so that immigrants can stay ignorant to our way of life. Who do you think pays for interpretors? For all of the forms printed in multiple languages? For school teachers who are multi-lingual? Do you not think that our children pay when their teachers have to spend half of their time teaching in another language? Teaching children whose parents, most likely, pay no taxes? Our children get short changed on their education because OUR tax dollars have to go to pay for education for illegal aliens. Let's call a spade a spade, their parents are criminals, invaders of our country! You and I probably paid for their birth in one of our hospitals, their immunizations, their healthcare. It is very likely we are paying for their food stamps. We pay in many ways. We pay through lower wages when companies can pay illegals less than a fair American wage. We pay because many of these are not only criminals because they crossed our borders illegally but many were criminals in their own country, we have become mexico's dumping ground for their criminals and their uneducated labor force. We pay to keep them in our jails!

I find it disturbing that if these people were arab we'd be demanding they be removed immediately and be scared but because they are latino we put up with their invasion. Don't kid yourselves we HAVE been invaded and though they do not fight a war with us in the traditional sense of guns and tanks, they are conducting a war!! They have declared economic war on us as well as cultural war and we are playing dead. I was recently in Dumas, Texas and I literally felt like an alien in my own country. Does no one realize that in these border states there are enough of these people to take over if they saw fit? Do enough people not know that their military has, on many occasions, crossed our borders to protect their smugglers? This IS a war and until the people of the US start treating it that way we are at risk of losing it!! Our military is protecting everyone's border but ours! We DO need to be protected from this invasion but, instead, our government is treating it as more of a nuisance than the war that it is. We are not Mexico's welfare state and, I for one, will not roll over and play dead while these leeches decimate MY country!!
